About Emily

Emily Rolling, MS, LMFT
I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. I truly believe we all do better when we feel seen, heard, and accepted. In our sessions, we’ll work together to create a safe, comfortable space where you can reflect, gain clarity, dream about possibilities, and take small steps toward the life you want — all while finding peace where you are and confidence in where you’re going.

Playful Therapy
Therapy isn’t just for unpacking the hard stuff—it can also be a chance to bring in a sense of fun and curiosity. Play allows us to explore who we are in a way that feels freeing and natural. With my training in play therapy, we’ll tap into creativity, think outside the box, and make self-discovery an enjoyable part of the process. Growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy—it can also bring moments of joy and fun.

My family
I am passionate about my family—my husband of over 20 years, and our three children. As a proud member of a military family, I’ve had the unique experience of living all over the United States and abroad. With my husband now nearing retirement from the military, we’re embracing this new chapter of our journey together.
My hobbies
I love exploring new places and cultures, photography, hiking, reading, laughing, cooking, and lingering at the table after a great meal.
My work
My therapy is attachment-based and systems oriented. I work from an experiential and solution oriented lens to help clients explore and understand their thoughts, feelings, needs, and values.
